A collection of items
| Dear fellow modeller,
I am an aging modeller who has recently had to give up his
modelling hobby if favour of something more sedentary.
I have amassed a large collection of models (x21), plans,
tools etc. to pass on to other enthusiastic modellers for
their enjoyment.
I have compiled a Catalogue of over 100 items and I have
attached a plain text version (5 Pages) to this email for
your perusal.
The Full Catalogue has many pictures but is large at 20Mb
for email transmission, unless you have Broadband – not everybody
does yet.
However, I am happy to mail a full colour version (FOC) if
the Club you represent would like to provide an appropriate
full postal address.
The front page of the attachment gives details of the type
of information available and how Members requiring additional
info
can e-mail me their requirements at the email address below.
I would be grateful if you feel it appropriate to bring this
matter to the attention of your members.

This model is being sold on behalf of the contact below
who acquired it through an auction. He is not a model flyer
so is not able to give much technical detail, however he
is happy to discuss the model and send further images to
interested parties.
By an uncanny coincidence our Chairman has knowledge of
this model, see his comments below :-
"This plane was built by Jim Addison, the engine
is a Laser 150. If it is as it was when Jim sold it it will
be in excellent condition, it is extremely well built, and
it fly's well (a bit like a Cub) I know this because I helped
to build it, and have flown it on many occasions. As to
value it is worth what anyone is willing to spend, the engine
new is about £310 but it is now at least ten years
old, the airframe is about eight years old. If there is
radio gear in it it will be multiplex."
The seller is located in Brimpton, which is a village outside
Newbury in Berkshire.

The plane is partially constructed, the frame and wings are straight as far as i can tell. The engine is a SCFS91AR, three servos are fitted, the fourth one is in the box with the radio control unit (Vanguard VG6DR 6 channel, this is new but the charger is not there). As far as I am aware all the parts to finish the model are in the boxes including the pilot from Pete's Pilots (receipt is in the boxes!). The model was bought from Mick Reeves Models with an upgrade kit. There looks to be about 100hours or so work left to do.
